Tell us about your role here at Lotus:

I am the Accounts Manager. I maintain an organized confidential filing system for wholesale accounts as well as invoice incoming wholesale orders. I communicate with sales reps and customers about their wholesale orders.

What are some helpful tips for customers to know when contacting us?

It is important to know that we are only open M-F 9am to 5pm EST. We are not able to provide assistance over the weekend.

For wholesale orders, you can place your order at any time if send to our email at orders@lotusjewelrystudio.com, our website, or placed with the sales rep in your area.It’s also important to note that once orders are received, they are invoiced, payment is received, and sent to the studio for production. ALL items are made to order!

What are some fun facts about yourself that you would love for people to know about you?

I have a background in childcare. I have an outgoing personality that keeps our office staff laughing on the daily. I enjoys hiking, being outdoors, taking tropical vacations, hanging with my rescue dog Lotus and sharing a laugh with friends over cocktails. I love to dance and let my inner-stripper let loose, and always have good stories from the weekends to share on Monday mornings.
